Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Sunday - Thursday between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.

Solid experience with a few hiccups, definitely overpriced. Have to order many dishes, as they are pretty small, which adds to the bill.

I came here with a group of four to celebrate a friends milestone birthday. We didn’t order the tasting menu because our diet was too diverse and conflicting with allergies and what not. So we decided to order from the menu and followed recommendations. The food was amazing the service was great. They didn’t make a loud announcement for the birthday celebrant which was perfect. It wasn’t loud and we could hear each other speak. Would definitely come back to order other items on the menu we didn’t get to try. The margarita de grana drink was fantastic!!!

Fantastic culinary experience!!! Very nice decor and ambience! Excellent service! Well, one question remains concerning the service charge or gratuity. Since Bazaar is located inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel, service seems to be included. And this may be the reason why no % for gratuities are suggested on the pay slip but only a line for tips. When asking the waiter about this, he just replied that guests add usually 15 to 20 %. So, I added 200 USD. I hope I’m wrong but I feel that I was misled!?!
