This is the Tour de José, a private guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, a beautifully designed restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar, where you’ll enjoy José’s own sparkling wine and taste the world’s most famous olives. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s singular take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz, where you’ll be treated to stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night.

Made with Komasa Satsuma Gin, empirical the plum i suppose, yuzu, mandarin, apple blossom, and tonic, there's something special about each sip.

We've eaten here five times and each experience has been wonderful. The cuisine is inventive - the mushroom ramen is prepared table side in a beaker that reminds me of a high school science experiment. Fish crudo (I've had three different varieties) are excitingly fresh. Fresh oysters with a pearl of Granny Smith apple give a tingle and crunch. The wine list is impressive for the options that won't break the bank - many wonderful choices under $80, and the sommelier doesn't embarrass you for asking. Staff are helpful, and the noise level didn't prohibit good conversation. My guests have all thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The entire Staff was very courteous and attentive. Quality Food which was prepared in a special way with attention to every detail. The ROSSEJAT paella with shrimp & squid was my fav but lobster over potato salad was excellent too. Lots of choices. Great experience.

Beautiful space, inventive, playful food full of surprises. Multi-layered tastes, textures and flavor profiles. Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice, however- service was all over the place. My husband has a nut allergy which we expressed upon ordering the tasting menu, a dish with nuts was placed in front of him. Thankfully, our friend noticed before he ate the any of the dish. It's an expensive place so the service issue needs to be addressed.

For having booked in advance the table given was by the prep area and an exit. Some of the "at table" experiences did not materialize due to either technical malfunction or just didn't show up.
