Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Sunday - Thursday between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.

Probably our favourite restaurant for a special night out. Quite amazing food, each dish with its own unique presentation and flavours! The staff are fantastic with superlative levels of service and a friendly, welcoming approach which many more stuffy michelin starred restaurants could learn from.! Can’t wait to get back 😄

This is an extraordinary restaurant. The chef is fabulous, and the Valentine's Day dinner was special, with items we haven't had, even though we've been to The Bazaar many times. Everything we ate was wonderful! The sommelier is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The service is professional and friendly. Highly recommend The Bazaar!

Great experience overall and staff are all very professional and nice. Cristina, think general manager, made sure we are happy with everything. My second time there and we will be coming back.

tasting menu was interesting and mostly very good. Food is a bit on the salty side and total bill came out to be around 500 before tips

From the moment we arrived the staff was so attentive. It was our birthdays and they had a beautiful card signed by the entire staff waiting for us at our table. Our waiter was soon there explaining the menu and making terrific recommendations. We did the tasting menu. Each course was better than the last. Amazing service , creativity of the menu, perfect amount of attentiveness. We will be back .
