Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime journey through some of José’s favorite places… which all happen to be under one roof. This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. The evening will begin with a Dom Pérignon reception to mingle with Richard, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. With Richard as a guide, guests will then be taken on a deeply personal journey to discover and savor a curated selection of different IWA 5 Assemblages, perfectly paired alongside Head Chef Victor Rivera's exquisite culinary creations.
