I guess we picked a bad day. The restaurant is in the lobby of the Waldorf Astoria and the few times I’ve been it’s been great. However, this visit was not enjoyable. The hotel was either preparing for a group arrival or breaking down from a group. The lobby had all kinds of temporary structures with workers moving carpets, tables, chairs (etc) around while we were trying to eat. And the most annoying was the pneumatic wrenches that were being used. I understand that a hotel has to set up and breakdown for groups, but it did not make for an enjoyable dining experience at a restaurant of this caliber. The whole vibe was off. We had two drinks and two appetizers and asked for the check.

Great food and service in an iconic setting. The Bazaar is the latest in a line of classic restaurants that have opened at The The Old Post Office pavilion since 2016. Classic tapas dishes with a clever and creative twist.

Absolutely delicious tapas style dinner. Our server Les was attentive and knowledgeable and the sommelier worked with us to find just the right wine to go with our meal and slightly more eccentric palates. I would definitely recommend a visit to anyone looking for an upscale Spanish dinner, but keep an eye on the price bc it’s very easy to go overboard!

Excellent food and the service was good. Location is great. Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Tip - if you come for a pre dinner drink you’ll save $10/drink by sitting at bar in restaurant rather than hotel bar.

Jose Andres never disappoints. Bazaar is stunning, the waitstaff are impeccably trained and knowledgeable, but the real star is the food. Essentially the world's most elegant tapas menu, diners have much to choose from in a stellar menu. Four of us dined together and the most common sentence spoken at the table was "Oh my God, this is fabulous." Everything is made with superlative ingredients and remarkable creativity. It is an expensive meal but worth every penny. I also found pleasure in being at Bazaar knowing that there is no trace of Donald Trump, anywhere.

We got the tasting menu- the ultimate experience. The last course was some of the worst salmon we ever tasted. The service was subpar as well. When you pay that kind of money, the service should be better. The majority of food was good.
