So many choices -- we are dying to go back! Out of the 11 items we ordered, only 1 disappointed (Jose's Tacos were overpowered by the nori.) Five were exceptional: the Caviar Cone, Neptune's Pillows, the Dragon Fly Ceviche, and the Spanish Octopus. Then the 3 of us ended by sharing one portion of the Pluma Iberica de Bellota, a juicy pork steak with just the right charring and an experience not to be missed. While the food was king, the ambience, waitstaff and personable sommelier all enhanced the experience. Also, the pacing of our dishes was perfect and allowed us to enjoy our conversation (at a normal voice!) While the portions are small, I can assure you none of us, enthusiastic eaters all, left the restaurant hungry.

We ordered the chef’s prix fixe tasting menu. The options were good for those who could eat meat in the group. As a vegetarian, I came home hungry. The presentation of the food and the service was good but the vegetarian options on the menu needed more attention.

Exceptional food and service. One of our top ten dining experiences. We’re looking forward to returning next month. Dishes not to be missed: Cotton Candy Foie Gras, Conch Fritters, Neptune’s Pillows, Pluma Iberica de Bellota.

For the price point I would have expected more…we ordered 4 drinks to start and one was incorrect and had to be sent back; we had to ask 3 times for the wine list, and after we ordered the wine, it arrived way after we got our food so we were practically done with dinner by the time we got it. After the first pour, they didn’t come back around to refill. One of our guests asked 3 times for his tap water to be filled. They opened a new $12 bottle of sparkling water without us asking and they did not bring one of the food items we asked for until we asked several times. They even brought the dessert menu after we asked for our last food item to come and for which they said it was delivered to another table so sorry it was late (why give us the dessert menu when we are still waiting for the last meal item)? The food was very good and wonderfully prepared but we expected a lot more from the service.

The food was wonderful, the service was excellent. I would like to see the cost be a little less, although I understand that may be impossible.

Amazing, tasty and inventive food. Excellent service. My only slight complaint is that I left hungry despite ordering five dishes. Portions are tiny.

I like Jose Andres restaurants, I was a huge fan of Zenga which closed in CO and DC :(. This one is just an ok restaurant. Def. not a Michelin caliber. The food is alright not very innovative and a little salty, the desserts were the best part for sure. The service was a little odd, when asked for the card machine (like everywhere in the world, i.e., EU) the server replied by saying they don't do that type of practice here since that's more of a fast food or McDonalds type of service. The comment was not welcomed at all, and I assume it gave a little air of grandiosity to the feelings of the server, not sure. Anyway, not interested in going there again.

One of my preferred restaurants but last night did not live up to expectations. The service was real bad and the food was average for the price.
