The Bath Arms is located in the heart of Cheddar and just a short walk away from Cheddar Gorge and caves. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offer exceptional accommodation in the form of 6 beautiful ensuite bedrooms. Awarded 2AA rosettes for the last four years in a row for our restaurant and 4 gold star inn for our hotel in 2017, we work hard to provide our guests with the highest level of customer service and a quality experience across all aspects of the hotel. Chef Mark Horton and his team work hard to produce a quality favourites menu with hearty pub classics and an à la carte specials menu. Both menus use seasonal produce and the highest quality ingredients, with full traceability.

We got a last minute Sunday afternoon reservation and it was excellent. We opted for topside of beef and rolled pork belly roasts - both were delicious. The portions were generous and great value for money. The staff were all super friendly. A lovely experience and we will definitely be returning when we visit the area again! Thank you.

I don't normally write reviews, unless my experience has been either very poor or very good. In this case it was very good. The dinner my wife and I had (for our Golden Wedding celebration) proved to be extremely good. Well presented and very tasty. It was also very reasonable in price. The room we had was very comfortable, with a huge bed. The only downside was the loo, which was built for people rather taller than us! The staff very all very attentive and helpful. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.

Extremely happy we came here as a group of 8 for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was lovely. Very accommodating to an allergy. I would highly recommend here if you have an allergy as they took it as seriously as I would like. We all had different items on the menu and all were delicious. They were happy to provide our toddler with a meal that wasn't actually on the menu but made it for him with no hesitation. You will not be disappointed if you go here.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Bath Arms in Cheddar. The service was excellent and the food was very tasty and portions substantial. The place was full so it is obviously a popular place to eat.

Delicious food and generous portions! The bill mounted up but that seems to be the case at all restaurants now. It’s worth it when the food was a good as it was here.

Highly recommend the Bath Arms. The meals are always of a very good quality and the service is always outstanding, Nice ambiance to the pub too.

Had been before in 2018 for a Sunday Roast which was great but this time went back for midweek dinner. We had taken a look at the example menu online before heading out and what was on offer was true to the online menu save for a couple of alternative options. The food was wonderful as was the service and the portion sizes very generous. Overall a fantastic evening.
