The Bath Arms is located in the heart of Cheddar and just a short walk away from Cheddar Gorge and caves. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offer exceptional accommodation in the form of 6 beautiful ensuite bedrooms. Awarded 2AA rosettes for the last four years in a row for our restaurant and 4 gold star inn for our hotel in 2017, we work hard to provide our guests with the highest level of customer service and a quality experience across all aspects of the hotel. Chef Mark Horton and his team work hard to produce a quality favourites menu with hearty pub classics and an à la carte specials menu. Both menus use seasonal produce and the highest quality ingredients, with full traceability.

Outstanding food and well looked after by the waitress. If you are in Cheddar I would highly recommend paying a visit for dinner to here

Outstanding service, every need met, the staff were very friendly and efficient. Food all freshly prepared, delicious and of a high standard and quality. Decor and ambience lovely. Would highly recommend this place.

The Bath Arms is lovely and having eaten there before we were looking forward to our meal. The restaurant was lovely and the service very good. However the food wasnt what we expected. I had fish and chips. The chips were on the point of being burnt and were quite oily. The fish was beautifully presented but far too much batter on a small piece of fish. It was all very oily as an overall summary of my meal My husband had a pie and it was served with chips - he said the pie was OK but not worth the price. My cousin had the Lamb Kofta Burger without a bun and she enjoyed her meal. All in all our expectations for a main course at £18-20 each was rather disappointing and I really dont think we will hurry back.

The food and service was excellent! It’s very hard to find a good roast and we travelled from Bath to go here! We went disappointed and worth the 30minute wait for it! Very tasty, veg was cooked nicely, lovely toast potatoes. And the pork and crackling was outstanding!!! The only thing we would say is the toilets have let you down!!! No hand towels to wipe your hands! Told the waitress and she did put a few more in but when going back after out meal they were gonna again! Dirty floors, needs a good mop! Empty toilet rolls on floor. Dirty toilet!! My sister went in to the other toilets in bar area and she said both weee blocked! With not very good content in there too!!! There obviously needs an hourly Rita taking care of the loos. I get your busy but there were plenty of staff so not sure why this is happening…. Look after your loos!!!! Such a shame as

We had an excellent Sunday roast, 4 adults 2 children, it was busy, and service was a little slow, but it’s a big place, and it was kind of needed to allow our food to go down before pudding!

Reasonable menu and what arrived at the table both looked and tasted good. Service was good and we would cheerfully go again.

Fantastic food and service. We were made to feel very welcome and the staff went out there way to ensure we had a great meal. Food top notch and reasonably priced.
