It's a lovely pub with great garden, seating and outside bar but unfortunately the food let it down. The two girls inside behind the bar looked a bit surly, not very friendly as though they needed a bit of guidance. My husband and son both had sausage and mash, which was very underwhelming, no accompanying veg (that's fine, but perhaps waiting staff could have suggested ordering some) and really quite a small portion. Nothing special at all. My beef nachos were much better, tasty, hot and a decent portion. Will visit again as the staff outside were very friendly and it's a lovely pub.

Efficient staff to quickly us to our table, did not rush us to order food. Brought our drinks while studying the menu. Food very good, and very hot when served.

Great food and service. Loved the garden great for a beautiful summers day! We will Definitely going back to try the Sunday roasts and the new refurbished interior!

Lovely pub with beautiful garden. Sadly the service was below standard. There were plenty of staff but none that came to bring menus, take orders etc. Disappointing really which is a shame as it’s a wonderful community asset

We went to the Baskerville for a family meal. The food was nicely cooked and not overdone, the garden much improved and really pleasant to sit out in, and the food came out quite quickly. Will definitely come back

A Saturday lunch so the place was not busy but we had a great meal and service was good.
