We came to celebrate my sisters 65th birthday and had brunch! It was a nice time and the food and service and drinks were all good! We will definitely come back again! I would highly recommend it to try and enjoy it!

The Barrell Club is always a wonderful place to have dinner. The waiting staff is excellent and the food is delicious. It’s always a wonderful experience at the Barrel Club.

Terrible waitress. We got our drinks after we started eating. And she would disappear 30mins or longer at a time. Even fellow waiting staff couldn't find waitress

Great experience. Food was surprisingly good. Finally was able to find a restaurant that knows how to make chargrilled oysters up north!!! Definitely will come back!!

Overall, this restaurant may currently be benefiting from the buzz that often accompanies a new establishment. While the service was friendly, with attentive staff and warm smiles, the experience felt somewhat underwhelming due to certain factors. The menu is fairly limited, which may disappoint those looking for a broader range of options. The quality of the drinks was decent, though they didn’t stand out. Additionally, despite the restaurant's intention to position itself as an upscale venue, certain features, like slot machines in the back, somewhat detract from that ambiance. While the service was commendable, the cost-to-value ratio for the food was disappointing; the portions and quality felt misaligned with the price point.

Reserved patio seating only to discover there was no outdoor heating. When asked if table could be changed host stated they close in 30 minutes and several other reservations scheduled to arrive in the next 25 minutes and my party of 3 could not be accommodated. I asked about the lack of heating outside and he implied there was heat but not where the customers were seated, later when leaving I saw the fire pit lit on the other outdoor patio that was not in use for customers but staff. My party ordered our food and after watching several tables seated outside be reseated inside I asked again and was accommodated by our server. When our food arrived the sirloin was over cooked and the server did not hear my guest when she stated it was over cooked. When she returned to checkin we brought it to her attention again and she said she would have to see what the manager wants to do as the kitchen was closed. Evan came to our table and said he could either remove the steak or discount it if we wanted to keep it. It had been about 15-20 minutes time frame so even if we wanted to eat the steak it was now cold. We elected to have him just remove the steak and continue with just the sides. Ultimately our visit did not meet expectations for a restaurant at this price point from service to overall quality of food.

The wait was long even with reservations. The hostess and one of the servers argued in front of waiting guests and the African American male supervisor stood by and laughed. I sent an item back due to its presentation and the Caucasian manager came to the table to challenge why I wanted to return the appetizer. Without even introducing himself, he told me I was the first person in 5 years to send that particular item back and replied “it’s always that one”. I’d never return and wouldn’t recommend either. Our waitress was nice though.
