The Barn Kitchen offers a refined take on rustic American cuisine. Executive Chef Jon Butler focuses on influences from the nearby Coachella Valley, and the Barn Kitchen brings small local farms and the unique aspects of the desert to classic American favorites. We aim to create simple, uncomplicated cuisine by showcasing fresh California ingredients. We invite all of our guests to make meaningful connections and savor each experience.

We have enjoyed a lunch at The Barn Kitchen three times so far during our stay in Palm Springs. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy a delicious meal in a beautiful setting. All of our guests have enjoyed the experience and commented that they would like to return. The Barn Burgers are delicious along with the array of salads. The quiet setting makes a perfect spot for visiting. We will definitely be back again!

Absolutely fabulous! So civilized! Feels like you are in south of france but also so California. My second visit and I’ll def b back!

To me it’s the quintessential Southern California restaurant. Intimate outdoor seating with lovely lighting and decor. A small-ish menu but lots to satisfy everyone. Service is attentive but casual - the food takes a bit of time but they DO give you a heads up in that regard! We eat here every time we are in Palm Springs - so good!

Although I have lived in the desert for many years, I have never experienced this restaurant before. It is beautiful! As if you have been transported to a small town in Italy, France, or Spain. So comfortable and charming. The menu is limited but the items we had were excellent. Our server, Desi, was also wonderful! We can’t wait to return!

First the negative, the restaurant needs to do a better job at telling its diners where to park and enter. Following GPS, we ended up in the back of the hotel. Now the important thing…..the food was excellent and well-worth the parking confusion! Roasted carrots were fabulous as was the chicken mole. The big-eye tuna salad was also very good, just a little over-dressed, not that it stopped us from eating all of it. Wine list is limited. Ambience charming.

What a unique setting for this restaurant in the center of a hotel. The all wood furniture along with trees & plants give you great vibe. The fire pits give a warm feeling as it darkens! As for the delicate food and stunning presentations we had a great dinner here and would go back for their seasonal meals! Try it you too will love it!
