The Barn is one of Block Island's best kept secrets. This unique dining venue features an open kitchen and a wood fired grill, which creates wonderful flavors that cannot be duplicated at home. As soon as you step into the Barn, you immediately feel welcomed. A combination of our culinary staff cooking right in front of you and the intimate ambiance creates a perfect evening. ** Reservations are highly recommended and credit cards may be taken to hold your time. A $100 charge will be incurred if a reservation is not canceled within 8 hours of your scheduled arrival time. This setting is designed for a quiet dining experience for adults and children above the age of 12 only.

Please be aware of booking counter top seating. Please know if you do make a "counter top" reservation, this will be at our Chef's Bar, which will be at bar stool height.

excellent food; lovely waitress; dark interior the filet was perfect; the scallops were great expect lots of drunk diners on a saturday night in july; its fun for a minute to listen to them yell across the table to one another, then it gets old very fast; obviously, this is not the restaurant's fault, but its a different experience to say, the atlantic inn

We had the panzanella salad, shrimp appetizer, bouilabaisse and tomahawk steak for dinner. The ambiance, view and food was delicious! One of our many favorites on the island.

The Barn is one of the best restaurants in New England... Truly a fantastic memorable meal. The beef tartare was wonderful, probably one of the best I've ever had. For the main, the pork chop was out of this world. The Martinis were excellent and the service was impeccable! 10/10 stars

It would be nice to have some tables for two outside,t he tables for two inside are extremely small, we had to keep removing things from the table, service was great, food was very good,
