The Barn is one of Block Island's best kept secrets. This unique dining venue features an open kitchen and a wood fired grill, which creates wonderful flavors that cannot be duplicated at home. As soon as you step into the Barn, you immediately feel welcomed. A combination of our culinary staff cooking right in front of you and the intimate ambiance creates a perfect evening. ** Reservations are highly recommended and credit cards may be taken to hold your time. A $100 charge will be incurred if a reservation is not canceled within 8 hours of your scheduled arrival time. This setting is designed for a quiet dining experience for adults and children above the age of 12 only.

Please be aware of booking counter top seating. Please know if you do make a "counter top" reservation, this will be at our Chef's Bar, which will be at bar stool height.

Amazing!! Came here to celebrate my birthday and it did not disappoint. The service was wonderful from start to finish. The food was also amazing. We had the summer panzanella and the filet mignon with half a lobster. There are no words. I dream about their food and can’t wait until the next time we are here to enjoy it!! Perfect for any special occasion or just because!

Food was quite good. Early seating. Unacceptable pressure to eat and get out. I get that it's a holiday weekend but I would have rather been declined a reservation then seated, fed 2 courses and handed an unsolicited doggy bag all in under 50 minutes (2 courses, each with wine...$125 pp). Perhaps they cater more to regulars. I would not go again. There are other places on BI that offer a more pleasant dining experience at this price point.

The service and the food were equally amazing. We had Sonny as our server and he was so great. Wonderful personality. We both had the filet and they were cooked to perfection for each of temperature preferences. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and great service. Outdoor deck is now enclosed and air conditioned and still has the same beautiful view.

We had an amazing meal at The Barn! The calamari was so fresh and delicious. The sea scallop dish with the risotto and red pepper sauce was amazing and so flavorful. The service was also excellent. We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I went here for dinner and so glad we did. I got the pork chop which was amazing and my wife got the filet. You could cut it with a spoon. So good. We can’t wait to go back.
