The Barley Beach House has the most amazing views in Westchester. Beachfront dining experience!
We have a huge outdoor patio seating area with a water view from every seat in the house. The Beach House continues to offer the friendly service and menu favorites for 5 years now.
Indoor seating available all year round and our beach view bar also open all year round.
Delicious comfort food with a variety of dishes from our Beach bites - The Giant pretzel, Fish tacos and Philly rolls being some of the favorites.
Popular entrees including Fajitas, Miso Salmon, Mussels, and New York Strip Steak.

                                                                                              Hello...we are your loyal guests.. been to every single restaurant that was before BBH ...this restaurant is by far the best venue in so many ways and reasons. Food comes out delicious and sizzling..our favorite water Eddie seems to now be part of our reason for coming back... with of course the best location in Westchester County. I've been at Oakland Beach for so many years... actually since a teenager. You've finally made Oakland Beach THE place to be on any day or evening and any occasion!!! Keep the music loud..we love it. Many thanks 🙏🏼👍🏼🌴🌞🥰

                                                                                              First time here- location is spot on. Waitress and hostess and overall service was fine - slow because it was really busy but it’s was fine - table was dirty when we arrived (we asked to have it cleaned and it was right away) food was mediocre at best I question the reviews we saw prior to going. Worse my husband has fish and chips and was sick last night after eating it! Won’t be back. Shame location is prime waterfront.

                                                                                              It was all about the peaceful beautiful beach view for me. Loved the ambiance but I didn't like the seating arrangement. I wanted to be more in the center and because it was 6 of us we had to sit on the side towards the back and I was not pleased. Overall I loved it and would go back.

                                                                                              If you like tacos, burgers, poke bowls, lobster rolls, there's something for you. The menu isn't sophisticated but it offers some good choices. The outdoor patio is nice and the view is great. Service is spotty...probably not enough staff. A nice place for a midweek meal.

                                                                                              The hostess was great! Our waiter was not so great. I have a serious allergy and mentioned it at least 3 times when ordering. Not only did my plate come out with the allergy on it, but it was impossible to get someone's attention to have it fixed. We ended up just walking out. I understand why this restaurant is so busy because of the location. But the service is terrible. They can't handle a rush. This was also my bday celebration which was ruined but that's besides the point.
