The Barley Beach House has the most amazing views in Westchester. Beachfront dining experience!
We have a huge outdoor patio seating area with a water view from every seat in the house. The Beach House continues to offer the friendly service and menu favorites for 5 years now.
Indoor seating available all year round and our beach view bar also open all year round.
Delicious comfort food with a variety of dishes from our Beach bites - The Giant pretzel, Fish tacos and Philly rolls being some of the favorites.
Popular entrees including Fajitas, Miso Salmon, Mussels, and New York Strip Steak.
Other popular dishes are our Barley burger, Fish & chips and our signature salads.

Service was slow… food was okay. I really wish this location would make the food more of a priority. Often times we don’t choose this place because we know the food is “just okay.” I hope next year they will step it up and compete with the very good restaurants in rye..

The waiter was new so once we realized that then we completely understood what was happening. No worries. We’ll be back. We already know who we want to bring back with us next time.

The fries we a bit undercooked but I decided to just eat a few and leave it alone. I had the Ceasar wrap which was just ok, nothing special. I would go back because of the fabulous location and to give other menu items a try. Looking forward to it.

Our dinner at the Barley Beach House was awesome. The atmosphere was chill. We had a great view of the beach and sunset. At 9 pm Playland presented a fabulous show of fireworks! About the food: we had the muscle and little neck appetizer followed by tacos, lobster roll, and salmon. It was all delicious. We can't wait to go back!

Food was OK. We were served mussels and clams with many mussels which did not open. We also had the tuna sandwich, asked for the tuna to be very rare and it medium

This time was very good because it was not crowded they are short staffed and will not take guests even though they may be half full. Also they do not answer the phone so don’t bother leaving a message if you have to change a reservation try to do it online.

Went for business anniversary lunch. Have been there in the past and it has been good. This time was not great. Service was not great. Had to get up twice to find our waitress. Silly things like putting down shared appetizers and not making sure everyone had plates/silverware, going inside to ask for more beverages/water, etc. We all ate lobster rolls. They were mostly bread and were very dry. The tuna tartar appetizer was the highlight. The location, outside on the beach, is really the only reason worth coming here. We will likely not be back.

We had a great table on the patio looking at the LI Sound and the beach!! Fun atmosphere, friendly service and food was great! It is perfect for an early dinner with friends.
