Transport yourself to Aspen or the Alps and celebrate festive season at our Apres-Ski dining experience. Enjoy a curated selection of winter cocktails and a delectable menu of Alpine favorites in our beautifully built and chicly appointed wood chalets. Includes your choice of starter (soup or salad) and main (duck confit, seared arctic char, or mushroom risotto). Chalets are open nightly beginning at 5pm with the last seating at 9pm. All tables have a 90-minute limit. Each chalet fits up to 8 guests. $115 per person. Cancel up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Pay full price if cancelling within 24 hours.

We were so excited for this experience. Sadly it was not something we would either recommend or repeat. From the table setting that had silverware that looked well worn, to the decor that looked the same, then the waiter who was busier serving drinks in the bar and had little time for us to the food that was sub par at best…this whole experience was a complete disappointment! The concept is fun and festive…the execution poor.

Excellent holiday experience. Beautiful, magical, apres ski chalet was the perfect way to celebrate the holidays. Thank you to the wonderful servers and Chef Ramon.

There was ants crawling on the table while we were eating which wasn’t pleasant at all

The ski experience pop up was so fun! They decorated booths outside but had heaters and blankets so we weren’t too cold. The food and drink options were great, I would definitely do it again. The only downside was the service was very slow, to the point that they needed to move us inside to the bar for dessert because they needed the table for the next reservation but we hadn’t been served dessert yet after being there almost 2 hours.

Disappointed with the experience. The upgraded meal was not worth an additional $65. The food mostly came out cold. Took over 30 minutes to get our orders going and then we we rushed out because we were there past the 90 minute reservation time, which wasn’t our fault! Very frustrating but the manager did help us out at the end. Not the high end experience we were expecting for our ladies holiday night out.

Sorry to say this experience was terrible. The lights didn’t work, the heaters didn’t work, the service was so slow they said we had to have our final course in the lobby of the hotel because they needed the table for the next reservation. Unacceptable for the $400 I paid

This entire concept of transforming to the Swiss alps is a wonderful idea however could be better executed. First off, we were not greeted by any hostess. I had to go find one and flag them down. For this type of establishment, I would expect more. We were ignored for a good 15 minutes before acknowledged and continued to wait for our table to be ready and we were on time to our reservation. The food was just terrible. The soup was like puree and not even warm and the fondue smelt horrific. We ordered the steak frites which was an additional upgrade to the prefix menu which was tough and hard to cut into, not tender at all. The cocktails which were an additional cost to the prefix menu could have been more holiday themed. The drinks lack presentation and overall quality. The only reason to come here is for the ambiance and holiday decor, which was beautiful. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend dropping over a grand here for 6 people for dinner.

Cute little set up but took us an hour past our reservation time to get seated. The food is just OK, the fondue was the highlight for sure. Would recommend if you’re wanting some cozy vibes but don’t have high expectation for food. The service was good but just very slow (potentially short staffed)
