    Great experience dining, overall was good service. Took some time to get bills sorted out but overall was good and great drink/food options. They also were amazing when it came to the bowling, I messed up and did not realize the reservation was for the day after, the gal spoke to the manager and issued a refund right away. Greatly appreciate their service and will be back to bowl (on the correct day we want haha).

    Fun date night! Just a bit of slow service but it was a bumping Friday night. Bartenders on bowling level were fabulous!

    The food at banquet was absolutely amazing – everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. However, the service, while friendly, was quite slow, with long waits before the server checked on us. Unfortunately, there was a strong cold breeze throughout the restaurant even though we were almost on the opposite side of the doors, and we even had to go to the washroom to warm up. To make matters worse, kids were running around unsupervised well past 8 PM, which disrupted the atmosphere.

    We booked a bowling lane for my sons birthday. There were 8 of us. We waited 25 minutes for our table to be ready. Then we were timed out after an hour and we still had 2 frames left. When we asked for more time we were give it in 3 minute incrermements amd had to find the server each time. Overall we felt really rushed. An hour is not long enough for 8 ppl to get confortably through a game and have food (which we did and it was mediocre). Won't be coming back.

    What I noticed most was the noise was perfect. The music was "loud" but the sound system was so good, or the restaurant design maybe, that it didn't interfere with conversational sound levels. The food was great and there were just enough games to play after dinner. Looking forward to booking one of those alleys in the basement for us AND the kids sometime.
