We go every year on our way home from our holiday and always enjoy ourselves there. They offer wonderful food within a lovely setting and the staff are always very attentive and welcoming. They are Michelin star in my opinion.

Absolutely everything was incredible, from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left. We were greeted cheerfully & shown to our seats straight away. We were advised that there was a large booking of 15 due & therefore Mark wanted to ensure that our order was placed before there’s to ensure we were not waiting unnecessarily, this was just one of the many things that Mark did to make our evening amazing. The food was outstanding, the starter of the Croquette to the main course of Lamb to the sublime dessert of Vanilla Panna Cotta were all simply stunning. We could not fault anything at all. We highly recommend The Baiting House & we will be returning very soon.

We've been intending to visit The Baiting House for some time and had a really lovely evening. Great service, atmosphere and delicious food. I had the cheese and leek souffle for a starter - just amazing. The evening was a real treat and we'll be back again for sure!

3rd time here, the magic continues every time we stay at baiting house and lodge. The food is exceptional every time, Michelin stared food without the Michelin stared prices. The staff always make us feel so welcome and are attentive to our every need. We are already planning next years annual trip. We would and do recommend this place to everyone, a little piece of heaven nestled in the countryside of Herefordshire. We love it. 5 stars isn’t enough

Stars of the 3 course menu were the cheese souffle and the chocolate and hazelnut cake desserts. That is not to say that the fish main course was not great also. Beautifully presented and great tastes / textures. Quick service, lovely helpful staff. Good beer options and the wine choices were excellent And that's before I get onto the lodge accommodation (spacious and v comfortable) or the breakfast (top notch)

Great value. Have visited the Baiting House on a few occasions, and it never disappoints. Like any establishment, the key to success is the staff - at this venue they all are exceptional. Makes all the difference to an enjoyable experience.

One of the best meals we have ever eaten! The service was warm and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed and informal. The food was incredible! Very reasonably priced also, don't hesitate book now!
