    It was an experience that my wife and I will never forget. Our server, Chris, made my wife's birthday extremely vibrant. Although we don't celebrate extremely for birthdays, this particular birthday will never be forgotten. His energy the whole evening was highly contagious and infectious. I will recommend this establishment to all I know and anyone who asks.

    We love Cameron Mitchell and typically love The Avenue also. Saturdays are busy - I get it. But the service was slow - we were just kinda neglected. Bread service did not come until we asked for it. I ordered the steak and lobster special. The meat came medium well when I asked for medium rare. I know I should request rare push to get medium rare, but this was crazy. Would normally ask for it to be addressed but considering how long we had been sitting there, we just decided to pay the bill and leave. Super disappointed. Probably not going back. Plenty of places to eat and have a $400 meal with better service and food.

    There was a mistake in how my friend’s bone-in strip steak was cooked. He ordered medium rare and it came out well done. The wait staff and manager were quick to apologize and recook the steak. However, it took quite awhile and the rest of our party finished their meals while my friend waited. It wasn’t quite the experience we were hoping for and were expecting some sort of comp. None was given.

    The Avenue never disappoints and is truly indicative of high standards. We celebrated a birthday with twin lobster tails and skirt steak. From the hot rolls to the chilled salad plates it is an exceptional old steak house with a modern vibe. Terrific service abounds. Well done!

    First time there and will definitely be going back. The food was excellent and I really liked how your side was served family style so you can share. The service was impeccable, thank you Mathew. The Dublin location is in a great area for walking around and taking in the scenery after dinner which is a nice bonus.

    Our server, Taylor, was amazing. She was attentive but didn’t bug us or hover. The food was delicious - French onion soup, tavern salad and scallops! Fun, energetic vibe.

    I had the branzino and it was excellent. My wife had the beef stroganoff and was disappointed that there were way more mushrooms than meat. Service and atmosphere was excellent.

    Our steaks did not seem like PRIME Very good flavor, but some gristle. Tables in the middle of restaurant are way too close together. We felt we were part of other tables’ conversation. We expect more from Cameron Mitchell…….where we are very big fans of his other restaurants.
