This has been our new favorite spot for the last year, but last night was a miss. Service was fine, but the steak was average to below average. We asked the server for the steak to be prepared with extra extra char, Pittsburgh Style and to come out very hot. It was barely lukewarm. We didnt even finish it.

Overall, disappointing. Although tasty, the portion sizes of the steaks were small relative to the over-priced costs. They forgot the onion rings that we ordered and had to ask twice for them. Both the rib-eye steaks and the popovers were sold out which we were looking forward to. I have never been to a steakhouse in my life that had sold out a popular cut of meat. The Parker House rolls were just average for a charge of ten dollars.Most steakhouses I’ve been to provide a free basket of various delicious kinds of breads at the beginning of the meal.

Dad’s 65th birthday, couldn’t have gone better. Staff were super attentive and patient with everyone at the table. Food was excellent top to Bottom.

This experience was subpar. Waited almost an hour to be sat for our reservation. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted by our server. Items we wanted to order were out. Other experiences have been good.

I are here last week with friends and it was amazing. None of us had been there before and from start to finish it didn’t disappoint. The hostess was friendly and accommodating, gave my friend a birthday card when he arrived. Our server Mike was outstanding. He makes everyone feel like they’re old friends. Super knowledgeable about the menu and just knows this business better than most. We opted to get some specials they had for steak, a dry aged t-bone and a dry aged tomahawk. Both were very flavorful and tender. Don’t sleep on the sauces, I’d honestly recommend them all. For dessert we got a baked Alaska, by far the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!

Branden made sure we had a great experience for my wife’s bday dinner. First class service all around. Food, drinks, dessert all amazing. A must try if you’re in the area.

Our Server Mike was great! We did not have to wait a long time for anything, he was also one step ahead of us and what we needed! The food was amazing, they had vegetarian options and the management was hands on double checking with all of the customers! Arthur J’s is now my Favorite place to eat over Mastros!

Honestly really only worthy of two stars, but service was good. First experience, and came with high expectations. However, aside from the excellent service, this place was a big let-down - in quality and price. Ambiance was far less than other spots. A loud sports bar on the left, and a loud, cramped, low-lit dining area on the right, with poorly chosen dining music. Drinks and apps were sub-par to par. Their take on an Old Fashioned was almost undrinkable. Wedge salad dressing was watery and tomatoes had stems. French Onion soup was like flavorless warm bath water with a hint of onion. Steaks had great flavor, but one was so chewy it was like steak bubble gum. Fries and eggs were excellent. But all 5 “special” sauces were terrible. The only decent sauces for the steaks and fries were regular old ketchup and mustard. The last part was the most disappointing, as it was sold to us first by the waiter - the incredibly bad Baked Alaska. I’ve only had a few of these in my life, but they always had intact ice cream. After the elaborate flambé presentation (where we were instructed “don’t blow it out!”), the ice cream was entirely melted, and the rest was barely worth eating. To be fair, I mentioned this to our waiter, and he was good enough to take the dessert off our bill without my asking. Which again, speaks to their high-quality service. However, the food and everything else (with only a few exceptions) left so much to be desired. Doubt we will be returning.
