This is a rare opportunity to experience a wide range of expressions from a heritage estate nestled above the valley floor in St. Helena's Pritchard Hill. The evening will highlight Chapellett's grandeur and signature fruit-driven power alongside a 5-course tasting menu of Butter Poached Lobster, Black Truffle Agnolotti, Westholme Beef Tenderloin, a selection of Artisanal Cheeses, and Spiced Apple Frangipane Tart. This will be a special evening studded with exceptional wine, delicious classic steakhouse provisions, great conversation, and some memorable surprises along the way.
