When you combine our ability to source the best beef in the world, cooking with an incredible natural wood fire grill, and friendly thoughtful service, an incredible quality steak is born.

This is why we offer the best USDA Prime, True Japanese Wagyu, and Black Angus Beef.

Unlike most pedestrian steak houses, Each one of our Steaks is cooked skillfully by our Grill Master over a stoked live fire with smoking white oak embers.
Our steaks are available both wet-and dry-aged and well as Bone-in, grilled to perfection our magnificent J&R Woodfire Grill.

First time visiting Arthur J’s. We were seated at one of the regular tables in the bar area. As others have said it is NOISY in the bar. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were plenty of things to like about our dinner. The shrimp cocktail, steaks and cheesecake were all tasty. The sides were small and lukewarm at best. The staff was attentive, but they could have tidied up the table a couple of times. With tip the bill for two was just over $300. An enjoyable evening for sure, just didn’t quite earn that fifth star.

Seems like it may have been an off Sunday night for The Arthur J, based on the other reviews. The experience was good overall, and we could see how it might be great on other nights. A third of the restaurant had a coke breeze blowing through that no one seemed to be able to figure out, ultimately we were moved which made things better once we warmed up. The other issue was also temperature related and it was the food coming out, nothing was hot; it was all warm at best. Seemed like a timing issues between the entrees and sides, where some things sat while other finished cooking. I’d consider giving this place another try, but definitely had better experiences at other sister restaurants.

Thank you for destroying my birthday. Reservation 9:15 , we’re seated around 10:30 pm. Food ok, service horrible. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Arthur J's, excellent food & service, would have liked a larger dessert menu but ended up with a delicious brulee banana split.....climate inside a little on the cold side, at least for us older ladies, be sure to bring a scarf & sweater to stay warm.

Exceptional experience. Food was delicious and timed well. Wine options were great. Our server Johnny was very attentive with great recommendations as well including the dessert special which we all loved. I’d recommend this to anyone.

As always service was wonderful. however we were not satisfied with the Thanksgiving dinner... The salad was grainy.. kept biting into sand... Lettuce must have not been washed well.. The turkey was so dry... and cold... it felt like i was having left over turkey from day before... everything else was good.. Our server was very accommodating and which made us just overlook the food that night. Anyhow we will always return back to Arthur J which is one of our favorite Steak house in the neighborhood.
