We offer more than 120 wines, concentrating on approachable, well-made expressions of character. “We want to have a fun, friendly atmosphere with great wines that are complemented by an evolving seasonal small plates menu.”
Bar also features two unique and versatile private dining rooms seating for 16-18 guests, or alternatively, 30 guests for drinks reception. Please contact us for enquiries or more information on spaces available for private hire and events.

Framed by stunning marble interior and fitted with rich gold and green furnishings, luxury oozes from every angle. Carefully curated to satisfy your senses every step of the way, our delicious Pre Theatre Menu offers the perfect plates to kickstart your afternoon or evening. Available to book Tuesday to Friday between 4pm and 6pm. - 2 courses with a 125ml glass of wine: £26.00 - 3 courses with a 125ml glass of wine: £32.00 Please note offer is only available off our Pre Theatre Set Menu.

Enjoy 4 x 75ml wine flights from different grapes, each paired with a delicious small plate from our exquisite menu, all for £40pp. Bookable between 16:00 – 21:30 in groups of 2 – 10. I always enjoy it here - never too busy so you can hear, lovely drinks and superb small plates, in a beautiful room.

Sadly, the original venue booked was having a party, so they put us in the hotel restaurant and gave us complimentary cocktails. The staff were excellent. It is a lovely, quiet room. I would eat here again but would like to try Te Amicable Society some other time

We came for the wine flight experience and also had some small plates. There was only one bartender on duty - Harsh, he was really great. Professional, friendly and very welcoming. It was a lovely evening and I will definitely come again.

Lovely atmosphere and an unexpectedly great evening with work colleagues. Food as small plates was perfect and delicious. Service could have been a little more attentive. We had to ask for water twice and our steak out rare instead of well done, but we did get a replacement.

Took mum there for dinner. Phenomenal service from Harsh and delicious food (lamb feast). The beaujolais also excellent. Five stars!

A lovely little place, would be good to have a few more lower tables but the waiter was attentive and the food was great.
