The Americano is an Italian-inspired steakhouse that is modern in approach and Italian in spirit. With an elevated, yet approachable menu it serves every taste, from fine steaks, such as prime and American Wagyu beef, to freshly made pasta, organic salads, Italian antipasti and Mediterranean seafoods including Italian crudi. The Americano blends a European style of highly personalized, tableside service with contemporary Italian-inspired dining to create an unmistakable, convivial experience within the heart of North Scottsdale. We starting with a bottle of wine, the meatball and foccaia bread starters which were hot and delicious. We received excellent service and our waiter was attentive and poured wine throughout our meal. The Volcan braised beef was outstanding as well as the ribeye and Chilean sea bass. Everythign was wonderful from start to finish. It's very nice to see an attentive team of professionals. Thank you.

Austin our server was amazing. It was our anniversary and he went above and beyond to make it a special evening for us. The pace was perfect and the service and food was extraordinary.

I made a reservation here 2-3 weeks in advance to celebrate my 30th with a close family member. We get there and we were left unacknowledged at the table for 30+ minutes without even drinks. I was asked twice if I was celebrating anything and I said yes. We finally get drinks & food and notice that the table behind us got a little birthday treat but we didn’t even though we were asked twice? The whole thing was so disappointing, including the food. It looks really bad when you have two tables there celebrating the same thing but one gets ignored and overlooked. Mind you, the place was not busy so there was no excuse and we felt we got differential treatment.

The service was exceptional, truly top-notch. Like many upscale establishments, the lighting was dim, which, while creating an intimate ambiance, made it challenging to fully appreciate the visual presentation of the dishes. We ordered two medium-rare ribeye steaks—mine was bone-in and cooked closer to medium. Nonetheless, the flavor was outstanding. I highly recommend the tableside mozzarella; it was a standout experience.

The stake is not at par with top level statehouses. Both filet and ribeye were served barely warm, both the meats and the plates . We were disappointed…
