The Americano is one of our favorite places for celebrations! Enjoyed the night and service was excellent - they had some large parties so food took quite a long time between appetizers - maybe an hour - still is was very enjoyable and sever made it a special night!

Service and food were excellent. Bone marrow appetizer was beautifully presented and delicious. The duck special was complex and perfectly cooked. Only downside was the Old Fashioned at $35 which seemed a little pricey.

This was a very disappointing experience after having heard positive reviews of this restaurant. Our entrees were not served at the same time, then an improperly cooked steak had to be sent back making that situation worse. The pasta was cold when it arrived. Overall, poor execution and suboptimal service.

This was the second time we have been to The Americano and we once again enjoyed the food and ambience and our server Gavin was excellent. It was much quieter, perhaps because we were seated in a Booth and also it was a Monday night.

Good food, wide variety of dishes, lighting and music nice. Expensive for portion sizes with non attentive table service.

First time dining here. Excellent food and service ! The ambiance was 10/10. We will be checking out other concepts from this group soon!

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience tonight for my husband’s birthday. Great booth in the bar, always nice ambiance but things have changed since S Conant left. Clear reduction in food quality, less menu options, very limited happy hour menu, and prices are up. Bad combo. Husband ordered chicken and he’s had that several times before- had to send it back. He did enjoy his martini but the old fashioned was a miss. He ended up replacing with just shrimp cocktail- which was the highlight. Other items were very different and not as good as before- ie mushrooms, meatballs and fries. Unsure if we will return.

The bone marrow appetizer and volcano pork shank were delicious and nicely executed. While all the service staff appeared genuinely interested in doing a great job, they were clearly overwhelmed with volume. The restaurant needs more staff on board. My husband’s cocktail didn’t arrive until he was almost finished his appetizer, and he was done with his entree before the refill arrived. Yes, the bar was busy, but they need to have a dedicated bartender to make sure that dining room customers have a coordinated food and beverage experience. Great food needs to be matched with great service to shine
