The Americano is an Italian-inspired steakhouse that is modern in approach and Italian in spirit. We had an amazing time at The Americano last night. Our server James went above & beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. He even spoke to the Hostess to get us a reservation downstairs @ Tell Your Friends which was also fantastic. Overall, we loved the meal, service & our time there - great date night spot!

Our waitress was exceptional! Great vibe, food and drinks. They were very accommodating to my gluten allergy also!

It’s unfortunate to write this, but it was not the experience that we had expected. If it wasn’t for Dave, we would’ve given it left stars, but he was the best thing for our experience. The dining room was fun, cool the way it was lit up and decorated, he started with calamar, which I thought was good. They threw cocktail, even though there were six large shrimp. They were just overcooked, dry. My husband ordered duck breast with a cherry reductions sauce. I took one bite. It tasted rare and gamey. My daughter and I decided to split the Wagyu sirloin, 12 ounce. It was extremely disappointing a bit overcooked, no seasoning and extremely tough. We also had the broccolini, we did like that. We chose to go for anniversary dinner. We had been looking so forward to our special location. I guess now we’ll have to try to repeat the day somewhere else. Dave did a great job on the recommendations for vine. I just can’t.

As always one of our favorite restaurants Can’t wait to see the new menu coming out this week. Grant and Holly were welcoming as always. Just such a pleasure to go to this restaurant as we always say/ suggest this is a place to take your time and enjoy if you’re looking for fast food this is not your place Everything is made to order and that includes the creative cocktails 🍸 so don’t be in a rush enjoy the experience!!!!

First let me say the steaks were amazing!!!! Horseradish dip so good This was my favorite restaurant but last night fell short Our calamari was over fried and barely enough for my boyfriend’s girlfriend and myself! I found maybe i3 Shri O In the pile and as I watched our neighbor table get fluffy ample Pile of calamari and shrimp I was upset! We also paid 90 dollars for crab legs that were super salty! One bring so salty we had to send it back! Apparently they soak them in a salt bath before they are ready to serve. As a top notch restaurant the calamari should have never been served. 600 dollars and won’t go back

My wife and I had an amazing time, our server August was knowledgeable, professional, and all around just a fun server. I appreciate the suggestions and how he helped us make our selections through the night. The ambience was chic, sexy, and a place definitely to go and celebrate something. It had a My dear to the aesthetics. A place you want to go and sit for a while.

Our server was very rude. We ordered appetizers because we were not very hungry. Our waiter treated us horrible because of this. Took forever for him to take our order, bring food or check. He made us feel like second class citizens. Not right. Also food was very expensive
