The food seemed personally prepared for us and was delicious. The fettuccine was prepared table side which was very entertaining. You don’t want to miss the gnocchi either as it was outstanding. Chef’s Kiss!!! You also do not want to skip dessert. The Tiramisu was the best I’ve ever eaten. Everyone from the hostess, Mary Kate, to the waiter, Augustus, and Maitre d were very attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Every time we go to the Americano is better than the last. Everything we've ordered has always been top notch. Service is always impeccable. Probably our favorite restaurant in ATL.

Celebrated my birthday there and had to leave 30mins into dinner from the horrible experience. The food was very cold and not advised to be the right portion for two people as presented. The cocktail we ordered was borderline alcohol poisoning. We flew in from Houston just to enjoy my birthday dinner and it was a major disappointment. I had to go back to my hotel and order room service wings for my birthday dinner.

We came to The Americano to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It started off great, and the server did a fantastic job. The food overall was quite delicious besides having to send back the gnocchi dish because it was extremely salty. I would recommend this place based on the food unfortunately when we were trying to leave is where they failed miserably. I had a gift card that I wanted processed first as it had a $150 balance on it specifically for The Americano. Unfortunately, the server tried running the full amount of the bill, which was $325. So now I have a gift card that has a zero balance, and I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the company trying to see if we will get the funds back, and they said just to wait and see. The server then processes my personal card twice, so now we have right at $700 processed on that as well. The worst part of all this is that it literally took 40 MINUTES to process our payment in the restaurant. The manager came by and apologized, but this is completely unacceptable. We had to be somewhere else due to time constraints, and we missed that all because of the negligence of this restaurant. I dine out quite often, and this was an absolute disaster of a dining experience, so please be cautious when eating here.

Amazing experience, the decor was aesthetically pleasing and the food was wonderful. They put a lot of detail into the menu selection, try the drunken wife drink and you’ll know what I mean about being detail oriented!!

The food was okay. Overall dinner was okay... Service was slow... The bothersome part for us we were hoping to have a dinner in about the 90 min timeframe and it was well over 2 hours... and when we were trying to finally pay and leave...realized our bill had numerous errored alcohol, tea and other charges on our final bill. We clearly had another tables items placed on our bill...the problem, the waiter did not pay attention to this detail prior to bringing it to our table after a very long wait. The manager was very friendly and she rectified, but again, it all took too much time and should not have happened in the first place.
