Dear Valued Customers ,

The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue.

Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment.

As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations.

The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.

We only take reservations via OpenTable. For larger bookings of 7 people or more, please email ambassador.reservations@tafensw.edu.au

Loved everything but personally I don’t like raw fish and unfortunately there were two corses of the degustation with this. Otherwise can’t complain about a thing and will certainly be back again.

It was a wonderful evening of great service and food. Except the matcha cake was a little bready, it was all good otherwise. We will definitely re-visit in the future.

Our first experience at dinner (we had previously had lunches) and was fabulous! Excellent food, excellent wine and a great price. We look forward to our next meal there. Great work and congratulations to all!

A couple of flaws in the menu (I tried all selections) - e.g. salmon confit not being warm enough - but overall a great experience. Wil be back ....

salmon was too raw and cheesecake was too heavy for me but scrapes was just right . I thought dinner was $30 each but it was $44 plus alcohol. I enjoyed apomorphia there. Thank you for the opportunity to dine at Ambassador.
