Recently named a Michelin Recommended Restaurant, The Alden embodies its meaning, “friend to all,” by creating a warm, convivial atmosphere. Inspired by Chef Jared Hucks’ global culinary journey, our daily menu celebrates local, seasonal ingredients through shareable dishes designed to spark conversation and delight. For a more intimate experience, join us at the Chef’s Counter for a seven-course tasting menu, where you can witness the kitchen in action. Our thoughtfully curated wine list complements each dish. Best meal ever that was a special event with the chef from nisei in San Francisco. Of course all of the meals here have been consistently fabulous.

This was one of the best meals and most authentic food experiences I've had in a while! The server, who is also the lead bartender, was sociable and shared honest thoughts on the menu, and suggested appropriate pairings. We didn't feel rushed or watched. The chef came by nearly three times to check in and talk to us about the food concepts and answered questions about ingredients. We got the steak and scallops dishes, wine, a strawberry mezcal cocktail, and a chocolate ball dessert. Everything was as beautiful as it was delicious. This restaurant treats their work like an art form. We will definitely be back. It's a hidden gem in Chamblee. 👌😍

First time there . Lamb and Porcini pasta both top notch. Watermelon drink not great. Great music playlist ( not piped in techno) Service great, wish I could remember his name. (tall, thin with a beard)

There’s nothing better than the Alden in Atlanta. You can go to a dozen other restaurants, spend twice as much and have half to a third the quality of the food or service. We have truly spent $1200 on dinner for two in Buckhead and said we should’ve gone to the Alden, the food they serve is creative, unique and something you would never make at home. And every bite is incredible. Can’t recommend it enough.

Very creative dishes; helpful explanations for each course; love the personal attention from the chef throughout the dining room. More people should make the drive to Chamblee to dine at The Alden.
