We booked a reservation and when we arrived they were super annoyed I told them we had a reservation. They said just pick a table. We ordered cocktails and the old fashioned was not an old fashioned. It was almost clear with crushed ice and a straw. No bitters and not even an orange slice. Told the waiter that it was clearly not an old fashioned and he’s like I can ask the bar. Told him to look at the menu as they had a picture. Old fashioned is made clearly with a large ice cube, is more orange in color and with an orange slice. He never came back, never offered a replacement, and when the bill came it was still an $18 drink. He covered the bill item by item and when we got to the old fashioned I was like not an old fashioned. We didn’t even drink the drink and he wouldn’t remove it. Food was sub par. They try to present this as upscale establishment but it’s barely a low scale sports bar.

The tables and chairs were so squished together no one could get through. It wasn’t just our table. All around us I kept hearing. Excuse me. Excuse me. At one point a server asked my friend to scoot in so she could get through. And we asked to solo our bill evenly 3 ways. But our server put mine and a friends together on my tab

Incredibly long wait to be seated despite reservation as well as to be served. Short staffed Full order not prepared.

Went to this restaurant for the 1st time Sunday Dec 1st before a show across the street. Arrived to a smoke filled restaurant that was painfully short staffed. Shame on the owner and management for putting your employees and customers into this terrible situation of a restaurant. I am not going to waste my detailing the horrors of this place. Just do yourself a favor and GO Somewhere Else. To the owner, you should be embarrassed. You should not open the doors if it going to operate like this. What a complete sh** show.

My first time here and it was ok. Nothing good or bad about it. Normal food that you can get anywhere. The was food came as I requested. The waitress was great. The bathrooms remind me of being in a club. Toilet paper all over the floor and on the sink they had two big rolls of paper towels just sitting there.

Our food was fantastic, portions are large. Our service was amazing. Even though it was super busy it wasn’t loud and we didn’t wait on anything. Highly recommend

We enjoyed it food. Our server was nice and helpful. The music was way too loud. I know I’m older, but it was very hard to have conversation at our table.

Good pasta - Atmosphere and service was good, we went before a concert so of course it was busy. Price point was good and the food and drinks were yummy! Bad parts - the hostess sat us at a dirty table and I had to ask her to wipe it down, the table was extremely wobbly to the point where we thought it was probably broken, and the bathrooms were disgusting!

To be honest, the food wasn't that bad! We had drinks and appetizers, but both were great! The overall look of the place is hideous. Absolutely run down and look like lipstick on a pig. Tables were all wobbly, tile had huge holes in it, and just looked dirty. The girls' outfits were a bit tasteless for a family restaurant downtown. Would I come again? Probably not, but it was the only place taking reservations the same day, and I see why.

They leave the front doors wide open so the restraint is really chilly. First seated at a broken table. Waited 10 minutes for a reseat. The service was really slow. Zero drink refills and server never checked on us.
