Casual place, good food, fair price and friendly service. Fries were exceptional and I never thought I would say that about French Fries. Perfect place to go before an event downtown, especially the Footprint Center. I recommend making a reservation. Place was busy but when we arrived on time, our table was ready.

I brought my fiancé here for our anniversary and we got super crappy service and I even put in the notes that it was for an anniversary.

We had reservations and were seated right away. After that, the experience went downhill. We waited an hour - seriously, no exaggeration - a full hour and no one came to our table. The restaurant was not even full. We tried to make eye contact or say hello to passing servers - nothing. Not even a, “Sorry, I’ll send your server over.” And it wasn’t just us. I spotted at least three other tables who were also sitting with nothing but water and who were trying to flag down a server. This night there was a concert at the Footprint Arena - they should have been primed and ready for a big crowd. But no. AND, the concert was canceled so there wasn’t nearly the crowd there should have been. So service - zero. Food - what was coming out of the kitchen didn’t look nearly as nice as their photos - zero. The bathroom had its soap dispenser detached and sitting on the counter, a shattered mirror, and one toilet out of action in a ghastly way. This restaurant needs serious attention from its management. Do not book a table here.

Held our reservation on event night, got good service, and the food was reasonable, but place smelled of old beer and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while

Our Extremely kind and attentive server was the hallmark of the visit. However, the food was delicious! The truffle fries were perfect. I especially liked the location because we were going to Phoenix suns Preseason game. I would definitely return when I’m on the area.

I will be surprised if this place remains in business. It appears as though there is no management: the place was dirty, lighting was dusty with most unlit bulbs found, and short staffed. Seven of us arrived at our reserved 5p time, seated right away, but no one acknowledged us for 25 solid minutes, no water, no nothing - plus, the place was maybe half full. I had to get up to approach a waitress for her attention, she then attended to us five minutes later. She was nice but still the service was painfully slow. The food was average, BUT, we will not be returning.

Avoid this place before an event. We were late to a concert because the kitchen took over an hour to get our food out.
