Le Majestic Yosemite Hotel donne un sentiment d'élégance et de raffinement tout en conservant une atmosphère confortable et naturelle. Les planches de pin à sucre polies, qui supportent le plafond de poutres de 10 mètres de haut, renforcent l'ambiance rustique qui reflète les alentours de la montagne du Majestic.

Average buffet food that was barely warm and extremely overpriced for a very small selection of buffet items!! For $60+ pp I expect alot more!

Majestic room but food was far from good. VERY expensive for what was offered. And aside from the lemon bars, desserts were almost inedible. The only plus was the excellent service from host to wait staff. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

An amazing dining spot, dining room is beautiful. Unfortunately there is construction ongoing which blocks the view. Due to the construction, service is now a buffet. Service was attentive and friendly. Everything on the buffet was very tasty and well prepared. Price for the buffet is a bit too much, but when visiting Yosemite, dinner at the Ahwahnee is an experience you should have.

This kitchen is being renovated so all they are offering is buffets. They ran out of salmon and a some of the other items on the buffet and the prime rib and meats were not very warm. The rolls were not good! Took 10 minutes to find out if they have decaf hot tea. I suggest waiting until they are up and running with a good menu and good service.

The hotel was going thru some renovations which were not too noticeable, however because of that the kitchen was not at full function. We were offered a $63.00 per person buffet which was suspect at best. The food was not forthcoming and many of the food bins were empty. We asked for a 1 inch slice of Prime Rib as we saw they were literally "shaving" off paper thin slices and only offering 2 pieces. The dessert tray was empty at times as well. The vegetable serving stations were empty as well. We took 2 different trips the the buffet and found the same situation. The salad station was always full and very good. That being said for the price of what we got was NOT worth it. We cancelled our 2nd night reservations for dinner.

Just bring in the dining room is the point, a national treasure . The breakfast is good, lots of choices. Hoping when they get the kitchen renovation done, they’ll be able to offer a la carte again, the buffet is very pricey and it would be nice to get a smaller breakfast. Kudos to the wait staff, they were so friendly and always there for a refill of coffee or whatever was needed.

Very mixed feelings about the Ahwahnee. We had so looked forward to dining here. They are currently offering only buffet service. Sadly, the food was mostly gone each time we went up to the buffet. What we had was mostly good, though everything needed refreshing g except for the prime rib. The way the buffet was set up was awkward and made it very difficult to get food - resulting in long lines. The desserts were sub-par - dry and tasteless. Our servers were great. However, though we made reservations months in advance, our window table overlooked shipping crates and scaffolding. Not the beautiful NP experience we had anticipated. The manager did his best to make it right for us, which we appreciated. Be aware that there is a $10 valet fee for dining. Also, the lounge is closed, so no drinks before or after dinner u less you use the tiny bar squeezed in behind the buffet. I would not recommend until the kitchen renovations have been completed.
