This restaurant never disappoints! The food is excellent and prices are actually pretty reasonable for how nice it is.

Wonderful on all levels! Excellent views if the mountainside. We attended in the off season, but were still met with great service and timely attendance. Very happy with our choice

The food was ok but highly priced, which we expected and were fine with given the location. The first table we were brought to had debris from crayons?(maybe) all over it and other clearly not cleaned aspects though it was fully set. The second table, which we stayed at, was sticky/tacky on the surface. Our server was quite good and replaced a dirty piece of silverware before I used it, but nothing about the experience really felt well put together besides her attention and demeanor.

Our server was very busy but handled multiple tables with style and ease. She was awesome and so engaging. Food was boss. Tried Bison dish, the fried artichoke hearts (oh my) and the lobster bisque. All excellent dishes. Going back for dinner tonight!

Great views of the mountain. Excellent service from the entire staff. Great tasting food with exquisite presentation. Extensive wine list. What more could one ask for?

The service was very good and quite friendly. The views are unbeatable. The food is really average at best. Seafood was still frozen. Wine and cocktail lists were short.

The service and the ambience are incredible. Snowbird is a magical place; however, the food at the Aerie isn’t great. It reminded me of ok catered food at a bad wedding. Caesar Salad - basic Lamb skewers - ok but it’s ground lamb and doesn’t justify the price. Trout - overcooked and the polenta(sauce, goo?) underneath was cold. Filet - asked for rare and came out medium(typical for anything outside of cattle country and the east coast) but way under seasoned and tasted like a cheaper grade of meat. Hazelnut dessert - good You’re paying for the view and nothing more. The new chef isn’t doing much to justify the price. Go to the lounge and have a drink to enjoy the ambience and save your money for SeventyOne or one of the other restaurants in the valley.
