Welcome to The Acle Steak, at The Kings Head Inn. We're a steakhouse & brasserie at the centre of the broads town of Acle, where you'll find the finest cuts of meat alongside contemporary pub classics, delicious sweet treats and a fine selection of beers & ales.

We also boast a large car park, 7 bedrooms, a beautiful courtyard and pub garden, plus dedicated family and function room.

Went on a date with my girlfriend and thought we’d try somewhere new so came here, it was quite dull and firstly had to ask the bartender which seemed to be the only person running the place that we had a booking so he showed us to our table and well half an hour goes by and not once did we get asked what drinks we wanted. The pricing on the menu was ridiculous £36 for a beef wellington and £32 for a mixed grill bare in mind that’s not I clinging the starter, drinks or deserts but my girlfriend and I was getting very impatient and getting hungry so we decided to leave and go elsewhere that our food and everything came to the same price as the beef wellington she was going to have! Very disappointed not to sure how the place is still surviving with only one person there won’t be going again!

Booked a table for an evening meal for four of us . Could not fault the meal at all Full marks given to service and chef thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will be returning soon

Out of 4 stakes 2 we're cooked wrong. Informed staff when come to paying the bill and they had nothing to say. Disappointing when a steak restaurant can't cook their steak as requested. Other than that the food was good, but that is kind of a big deal when going out for a steak.

The food was excellent. Piping hot, well presented and very tasty. We had an evening meal and ame back for breakfast. Mia was an excellent

It took ages for them to take our orders and at least 30 mins to take our pudding order when it wasn't that busy. Not many people in. And when they bought out the kids burger it was pink (not cooked at all) to be told they probed it and was at temperature, and when it was brought back it was very chewy. The staff weren't helpful and found the 'manager' rude and unfriendly.

Me and my wife visited the kings head for a evening meal my wife had full rack of ribs and I had the mixed grill and to be honest the food was fantastic and my mixed grill was the best I have eaten and my wife's ribs were cooked to perfection we will definitely visit again when in the area David Whiston

Good service, a wider selection of white wine would be good, as would more df/ vegan desserts….. but a good restaurant with good food.
