We booked a table for 5 people for Sunday lunch. We were disappointed when 3 of our party wished to order pork belly and were told there was none available, at the point of ordering not at the point of being given the menu - disappointing - even though the restaurant wasn't overly busy. We booked our table for 12.30 so it wasn't late into the service. 2 people in our party ordered starters, which they waited 45 minutes for, with no updates being provided by the waiting-on staff or no further offer of ordering any additional drinks (we had empty glasses). The food we received was delicious and piping hot but again we faced disappointment when we heard the table next to us have their food delivered and 2 people were served with pork belly. I mentioned it to the waitress when I paid and she apologised saying they must have had a delivery which I find hard to believe as the other table ordered only shortly after we did. Although the food was lovely, the service. or lack of, was unfortunate as we were not looked after as customers of the restaurant which would put us off from returning.

Fantastic service all staff were brilliant and friendly food was spot on could not fault it ten out of ten owner must be proud of his staff and of himself for the way they were absolutely amazing thanks

We sat outside in the lovely secluded garden, as the weather was very warm. The service was great, as was the food and the price was very reasonable. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

My Wife came here on Sunday and was treated to a Wonderful Sunday Lunch. The food was exceptional along with the wonderful friendly service.
