Delicious neighborhood gem in the Shops of Starwood. We started with the fried spring roles, Thai salad roles, lettuce wraps and chicken satay. All were delicious. I had the yellow chicken curry and my husband has the pad se ew. Both dishes were excellent. The presentation of the food and the ambiance of the restaurant sets it apart from other Thai restaurants. It’s clean and well appointed. They take great pride in their food presentation. We look forward to returning.

Overall great experience. Excellent service and great Thai food. Had a very small family restaurant feel to it. Items were a bit expensive for Thai food, but the service made up for it.

Friend's birthday and we treated her to the new Thai Charm.... couldn't have asked for better service, fantastic clean healthy food, great cocktails and a surprise slice of cheesecake came out with a birthday candle and they sang Happy Birthday... so sweet.. they are truly lovely group of hosts... 2nd time going... love the food. Spice level was just right. Have a wide variety of authentic Thai food with lunch specials throughout the week. Tucked behind Chick Fil A on south west corner of DNT Tollway and Lebanon. Was busy on Tuesday lunch so signs are good for this new restaurant. Wish them the best of luck to have a prosperous life!!!

Our dinner at Thai Charm was excellent. I started with a cup of Tom Yum soup, very yummy indeed. My wife had the Broccoli Garlic Chicken stir fry and I had Basil Chicken stir fry. Both were very tasty and reasonably priced at ~$15. My 3 star (out of 5) spice level was perfect for me. I'd call it the serving size medium, which was plenty for an individual, but not enough to share between two adults. We haven't been impressed with any of our Asian food selections in Frisco, until now. Thai Charm will be our "go to" Asian food from now on.

I made a reservation for standard seating in the dining area. We were sat at a high top in the bar area. Not really sure why it asks for preference if they’re just going to sit you wherever. We ordered the Tom Yum soup and it was way too sweet compared to what we had growing up and then I ordered the Thai Noodle Soup expecting it to taste like Gew Tiew and it was very bland. The Thai Beef Jerky was okay and my mom said her rice with her entree was crunchy. Not sure we’ll give this place another try but we had high hopes for it. The staff was nice though and they were quick to bring the food.
