I liked everything very much. Delicious food, very nice and friendly staff, beautiful interior. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the temperature, it was cool in the restaurant and not only near the window. Otherwise everything was great, great place for business meetings

The food is excellent, and the staff is exceptionally attentive. With a global menu offering a wide variety of dishes, the calm ambiance makes it perfect for a family dinner.

Advertised as a bottomless brunch @£35 for two courses - but bottomless was another £15. Not an issue as we were going on to an exhibition so didn’t want a lot. First experience not great as they couldn’t find my name on the reservation. Lunch was in a pretty courtyard of the hotel. We ordered ‘Nibbles’ or starter course and mains. My friend ordered stuffed peppers which were five of the small sweet peppers stuffed with cream cheese straight out of a jar!! - mine was mixed cold platter - tiny plate with salami etc. Again straight out of the packet served on a saucer like plate. Well after this arrived the waitress told us ‘oh there’s a bread and fruit buffet inside’! We didn’t see any fruit. I ordered a Bloody Mary and my chum a glass of wine - out of what was listed on the menu only two wines were actually available so her choice was very limited. My cocktail was awful! For £14 (remember bottomless was only £15 extra!) it was a whisky tumbler size filled with watery tomato mix and lots of lime juice - no celery etc. And i suspect little vodka as I couldn’t taste it any. So I sent it back and had a wine. The main course was steak and frites. The steak was good and well prepared the frites were actually proper big chips nicely cooked - but it arrived before we finished our meagre ‘starter’. During this lunch children were running between the tables and a very loud screechy singer and guitarist was randomly parading between the tables , and leaping on to the centre fountain to sing. We had expected a sophisticated lunch with a good choice of menu in a lovely outdoor environment. The courtyard was lovely (apart from uncontrolled children bumping between tables, and the singer, the main course nicely cooked - the rest pretty dire and a £100 plus! (And my cocktail not taken off the bill until I complained) A hugely disappointing and overpriced experience.

I feel like this place needs to figure out what it is, I get that as a hotel restaurant it’s trying to Cater for everyone but it needs to either add more dishes to the menu or figure out what it is. The location and space is gorgeous but the menu is all over the place, and it’s too expensive for what it is, and I say that as a Londoner who is prepared to spend money on good food. Staff were lovely and has potential to be a great place.

Even with the comments left on OpenTable and guided by TikTok videos, we came solely to have a very good experience... the service was excellent, the food arrived promptly and the portion for the price was adequate, the taste superb, and the place very calm and pleasant. The customer service was very good, though it did catch my attention that despite booking through OpenTable, they seemed unable to find our reservation (although it was reconfirmed a few days earlier) but the service and stay were not denied to us; on the contrary, we were moved to a better table to enjoy the sunny day in London. A place we definitely plan to revisit :)

We will sadly not be returning. The food was nice but very overpriced, but worst of all the service was non-existent. They didn’t actually give us menus without asking; they had no idea what was in stock and they tried to charge us for water they didn’t bring. We Ate fast and left without dessert or another drink. The decor was nice though.

Food and service were top notch. Finding the restaurant was hard initially as it resides within a hotel and there was a sign a for the restaurant a few doors down where the door was actually locked with no access. Ended up having to go through the hotel lobby which is no issue.

Server was unaware of her surroundings and knowledge of how to wait tables. I was a server and a bartender and I have A LOT of grace. She is probably in the wrong business or needs more training. Food was meh. Did the job but between the service, cold drafts from the windows, and mediocre food (the truffle mashed potatoes had zero truffles), my son’s filet was undercooked but we dealt, my salmon was good but I couldn’t understand what came with anything as it wasn’t listed and the server was not the most helpful. It’s convenient because I’m a hotel guest but I wouldn’t recommend if I wasn’t looking for easy. I had to ask to be served after we sat with no water and then ask for basics like spoons for shared sides and condiments. I would expect more, really.
