This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We had a party of about 16 with 2 waitresses and a new person that was assisting. One waitress took orders on her end as the other end of the table waited for a half hour for the waitress to come take orders. The drinks took forever as did the food, napkins and refills. The manager needs to find a new field to work in. She was making excuses and when told that her excuses and the service that we received was unacceptable, she walked away. 3 stars is very generous for this restaurant. It’s only going downhill if the staff isn’t revamped immediately. Starting with the manager. Also upon arriving, I told the greeter that I had a reservation on open table and she said that they don’t even see the reservations that are made on open table.

We ended up leaving after 20 minutes without anyone coming to give us water or taking an order. We asked when our server was coming and they always said soon. The worst part was they weren’t even busy and only 3 small tables seated in our area. The staff was just sitting and talking.

They had new items on the menu. They couldn’t log me in said their i pad was stolen. I should still be able to get my points for going there today.

Well my experience was awful. I made a reservation off the website got verification of the reservation and when I went there I said I had a reservation and they said we don't accept reservations. So we decided to wait and about 3 minutes of waiting they come out and said they were out of hamburger and steak at 4 pm on a Saturday. Very rude people. Lost alot of business that day.
