The southern fried chicken sandwich was delicious and spicier than I expected. Service was a bit slow. Though our table and booth were clean, recently vacated booths nearby remained messy for quite awhile before they were bussed, and even afterwards the floor all around us was filthy with large pieces of food, straw papers, and discarded paper 'napkin rings'.

They didn’t have our open table reservations- we hD to wait and they couldn’t seat us at a booth because they were not adequately staffed !! food was just ok - service was slow and poor

Met my expectaions for TGIF. Initially the staff didn’t know how to check me in for open table but I eventually received confirmation on points. They were friendly and attentive.

TGIF is a very below average restaurant... pretty much everything we ordered was prepared poorly.... they took (forever) around 45 minutes to get food on the table. Don't waste your time or money there.

Pretty good service, if I was on the restaurant business I would try to seat families all in one area and singles, couples away from families (kids)
