   Great food. Wonderful selection and potions. Salad bar is awesome. Service was meh.

   So wonderfully delicious. From the awesome salad / seafood bar and lobster bisque and assortments of cheese and meats. To every meat cut known to man. The spicy filet was seasoned so well it was my favorite. To the barbecue chicken also yummy. Thank you to the wait staff who worked on Easter. Greatly appreciated and they presented themselves as happy to be there for us. What awesome team environment there. Highly recommend!

   We had issues with this TdB location from the moment we were seated. We went to the salad bar first. The bacon for the salads was low, and there was bacon grease caked to the bottom. The hot sidebar (soup/rice) was filthy with spilled food all over. We are there for beef, specifically medium and medium well. Lamb and chicken were the only things brought to our table for the first 1/2 hour. It took over 30 minutes for "medium" filet to come to our table, and that ended up so rare, the plate was full of blood, and it was inedible for someone who asked for medium. Flank Steak, which we informed our table host was our primary meat, didn't come out until 45 minutes later. I like to talk to our gauchos, and said "please come back soon, you're our favorite" he said "yeah, right", and that was the only time we saw him. My husband kept asking for medium, and one of the gauchos actually had an attitude and pulled down 6 pieces of filet mignon, saying "this is medium, this is medium", but once he cut into it, it was rare. We finally gave up, and asked to see the manager. Christin took over 20 minutes to come to our table...because she was dealing with another customer with problems. (We should have checked the reviews, because this is a common problem with her...beware.) After telling her of our displeasure, she had the nerve to charge us $73.42 for the salads that we had. I told our table server that the bill was unacceptable, and I tried to take our check back to Christin with a gift card for $50, to more than adequately cover what we consumed, but she decided to hide out in the kitchen when she saw me coming. After waiting at the table for her to come back, we left the $50 and cut our losses. Then Christin called the cops, reporting us as a "Dine and Dash". So we had to return to Woodmere. Christin acted like nothing happened..."Oh, it's good to see you again". No, Christin, it was definitely NOT good to see her again. I again expressed my displeasure, but she didn't care.

   Food was great as always! Server, not so much. I never got a beverage refill, and there were long black hairs left at the table. The sides did not arrive until we were ready to leave roughly 1hr into our meal

   It was overall excellent. Our waitress was wonderful. The servers with the meat were attentive. Host did mention when we sat down to limit to 1 and 1/2 hours made us a bit uncomfortable. ( we spent under that time). Also, while the atmosphere was exuberant, I had a difficult time hearing the waitress.

   Our waiter, Mo, was great! Best experience yet! We've been on many occasions but this by far was the best.

   I've been to Texas de Brazil before with a smaller group and had a great time — the service was attentive, drinks were refilled quickly, and servers checked in often to make sure everything was going smoothly. Unfortunately, my most recent visit with a larger party was a completely different experience, and not in a good way. We were seated in a separate room away from the main dining area, which immediately felt like we were getting the “B team” treatment. The servers didn’t come around nearly as often, and it felt like we were an afterthought compared to the main floor. We were often left waiting long stretches for the gauchos to bring around meats, and getting drink refills or additional sides became a real chore. What really rubbed me the wrong way, though, was our main server sneakily bringing out bottled still water without clarifying it wasn’t just regular tap water. We assumed she was just providing water for the table, only to find out later that we were charged $48 for bottled flat water we never specifically asked for. After that stunt, we barely saw her again until it was time to offer desserts. This experience was overall disappointed. The sharp contrast in service between my visits with a small group and this larger party is enough for me to say: if you're planning a special occasion with a group, look elsewhere. I simply can’t recommend Texas de Brazil if you’re going with a larger party.

   So we had a great company dinner there and the food was great. The issue we had was the service and I understand we had a large party among other large parties. This is the problem that happen : we all finished up with main corses and 90% of the group was waiting for dessert. Well the the server was informed that we wanted this and we waited 28 minutes exactly with no dessert menu after waiting that time one of our guys got up and went to the hostess informed them we have been waiting on dessert menus and she replied “ok” with no other response from her we just asked for the bill to pay and leave. We are happy with the food quality and atmosphere but service was not great. And I would like to say marking out the 10% gratuity was alittle tacky. I understand with large parties gratuity is included and all but to mark out the 10% was tacky.

    The food was great. Only thing was no ribs and was excited to try them but they were not available.
