Manager was the rudest. Refused to let our son eat a piece of his birthday cake otherwise she would charge us $30 (3 per person). she had no people skills, no finding a way to part friendly just told us to get out when we refused to pay $30 for our own cake. Corporate policy or not which we were not made aware of when we booked and we were asked if there was a special occasion and they were told birthday. The manager could've conducted herself professionally, but she chose not to. The location continues to go down hill. One of the guest chairs was filthy dirty, it had to be completely cleaned, but manger didn't see a problem that this was poor customer service and was put out that it was brought to her attention and that she had to clean it. The manager was very inept. Clearly all 10 of us will not go back. It's a unique way to eat dinner but not worth the price, poor conditions and poor service. Too many other wonderful restaurants that deserve the business

Food and was ok. The problem we had was when the bill came. We had a table of 9 people (3 groups) and they refused the break up the bill. They would only provide 1 bill. This created a problem when each group had different amounts due and each group was paying with card and no one was carrying cash with them. They would accept two different cards to pay the bill but not three. Just about every month we get together for dinner as a group at various places, and this is the first time ever this has happened. The manager said it easier and more time efficient for them to only do one bill. Nothing was said to us about their check policy when we made the reservations. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

So many choices at the salad bar and hot buffet! One of our party was a vegan and she was very happy with the food choices. The servers are very nice and polite and attentive. Food is tasty! Always a good experience every time we come!

We were celebrating three birthdays. Our reservations were for 6 o'clock and at 7:20 The manager or assistant manager told us that the next party had checked in so essentially we had to leave we had spent over $600 and only got an hour and 20 minutes to celebrate, it was so loud in there that we were yelling at each other. The meat, although some tasty many of them were very fatty. The salad bar was very good though . We had to wait awhile for our drinks . We won't be going back. The fact that we had to leave after an hour and 20 minutes and warned, given the heads up about a time limit was a turn off

I come here often to celebrate special occasions or when I want to indulge in the different cuts of meat Texas De Brazil offers. Our server, Tubijik was amazing. She was attentive and ensured the cuts of meat we desired came to our table. We also got a pitcher of lime Caipirinha. The pitcher can certainly ensure a party of 4 can have refills or more. One of my favorite items from the salad area was the, Pineapple Carpaccio. It was very good. We ended the night with dessert. Overall for a Sunday afternoon, the food was hot fresh and ambiance was perfect to celebrate my dear friends birthday. You will not be disappointed.

I came in for sweeties day with my boyfriend. It was an exciting experience! The front dest host was so nice and she gave me the sweetest compliment! It mad me feel wonderful. Our waiter was a nice young man (Matthew I believe is his name.) he was so knowledgeable and offered a drink suggestion that turned out to be great! He checked on us frequently and made sure our night was perfect! He did wonderful and because of him and the food we will be back! We had not one complaint! :) everything was awesome!

As always the food was excellent. Our server was outstanding. It was our anniversary and they were very attentive. This is my fourth time going to Texas de Brazil and they never disappoint.
