Superb meat quality (no diddy) Meat was coming hot and coming fast. Use your tongs to grab the meat. Medium rare was where its at. But if you haven’t grown up they offer medium well and others as well. Constant flow of meat all around me. Felt like I was piper perri sitting on that couch. Can’t complain about the price either. Stuff was excellent. Definitely going back.

Rushed in and out. Not even a salad bite before pushed to eat the meat. Sloppy service and could have had a better time at mcdonalds

Service was very very slow. I had to ask repeatedly for refills and when asking for what’s in things it took a very long time. Asking for water I had to flag down random people. Friendly staff but rarely saw our waiter. Got help from many others.

We have always enjoyed the food at the Texas Brazilian Steakhouse, but this time our experience was marred by the condition of the men's restrooms. There was no toilet paper, no seat covers, and the doors lacked locks, which meant they could be opened at any time while in use. The restrooms were filthy and unsanitary, prompting me to consider contacting the health department. Given the high prices at this restaurant, I expected much better standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Went there for a birthday dinner. I had to flag staff for drink refills. We waiting a long, long time for meat selections. We had dessert elsewhere after getting up to request our check. It was not a good experience.

We had the opportunity to have dinner at the Rancho Cucamonga store last night. We do have a Churrasco right by our house but my wife wanted to drive the 1.5 hours to yours as we had a great experience at the one in Texas before. I have to say that was not the experience at this one, if I had to rate it 1-10 it would be a 2… Our server was great but the service was horrible. We consistently had to ask our server to send meat to our table it was almost as if we were invisible to them and even after we asked we watched them walk out of the kitchen and right past our table. Being restaurant owners ourselves for years before starting a new business we were shocked at the service and it was not just us but all around I could hear people talking about how they were waiting Our entire meal took 1 hour and 55 min from the time we sat down… way to long to turn the table but that’s lost revenue for your team. Next our desert, I didn’t want to waste any more time but still hungry because we only got visited 7 times by men with meat and most of that was fatty, so the driver brought the desert tray by we chose a beautiful coconut pie and my wife decided we should just take it to go since it was almost 2 hours in now and when we got home the piece of pie was half the size it was in the tray What a disappointment this experience was to us Our bill was just over $140 dollars and we left our sever a nice tip because well this was not her fault she tried over and over again to get us service from the kitchen, but the floor manager or GM running the place. The place by our house is new and independent so I’m guessing we will begin to frequent there as we both felt it was a wasted drive and loss of $170 all in with tip, a lot of money when you are semi retired If you need more info we are happy to help answer any questions Jake and Tina Cormier Sent from my Mobile Office

I’ve never been to a Brazilian restaurant before and this far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back now that I now to eat minimum of the salad bar, lol . The meat was outstanding, My server Taylor was phenomenal!!!

Outstanding all you can eat steakhouse. It is hands down the best in town. Service is excellent and meats constantly come to your table. They really make you feel at home. The only issue is that the higher end meats don’t come around as often as you like, and at times, you need to request for them to arrive to your table which takes away from the all you can eat experience. But overall, everything here is fantastic. I highly recommended if you ever make a pit stop here in Rancho.

Food was absolutely great but wished they had more variety of meats and we went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and they don’t offer any complimentary birthday celebrations that was a little upsetting because we chose that place to celebrate 😕 and when I asked the server for that he said no 👎🏽
