We have our reservations at 6:00 and they seat us at 6:45!! They put us on the last table of the restaurant and we barely eat meat because We were so far away that they almost didn't pass where we were. We told the waiter about the problem and he spoke to the manager but in the end there was no change and I had to leave the restaurant without it being full enough. This is the second time we have had this problem, it always happens when there are two of us eating.

They crammed us in a small area for 11 people, there was no room to eat comfortably or to go out and get food at the salad bar. The meat guys barely came around we kept getting the same ones, I even requested filet mignon and they said they come and never came. Lol. Our waiter and the food was good though. It was just super packed in the restaurant..

Overbooked. Too crowded table in a corner hard for servers to get to and was skipped several times by the meat servers until we complained

Would have loved additional meat selections. It seemed a bit limited compared to other Brazilian steak houses we've visited in the past. But other than that everything else was great.

Been here many times but I don’t know why this time around it felt like we were waiting a while for meat. It took maybe 5 mins after we went to salad bar to get one round of meat. Then we got offered only 3 types of cuts. I had to ask the server for a specific cut which was fine. But we saw other tables getting asked if they wanted meat and somehow skipped over us . Other than that it was okay probably won’t be back for lunch I’ll just stick to dinner from now on

I’ve been to this location (6-10x). The host started the experience with an attitude. Originally I had a waiter (Jake) who was phenomenal. He was courteous and pleasant also very attentive. We wouldn’t have to ask for refills because he would be on top of it. The past (2x) I have had the same female server (I will not name) however the first time I assumed it was because she was super busy that she lacked any personality or attention. Today, with only 4 tables she continued to have poor attention and came to the table but 2x , we had to ask the servers whom brought over our meat to get us refills on drinks and food. The food is great, the restaurant is clean, the ambiance was also nice. I just wish they would work on the front end staff and actual table servers.

The waitress is not attentive and nowhere to be seen for weekday lunch even though there are barely any customer

It’s hit and miss at this place. Great table service yet so so cuts of meat as you waiti 10 minutes for another round of meat. Or the cuts are great yet the service is mediocre at best. I recommend eating any dessert there and not take home. It will be half the size at full price if you take home
