It was my birthday. I went last year on my birthday as well and i received a desert for my birthday. Yesterday while entering, they asked if it’s a birthday, which i said yes. After eating the server asks if we’d want a dessert, and i ask if it’s for my birthday and he says “no, but you can buy one”. It seemed as if he didn’t believe it was my birthday, even though i saw another table bring a small dessert and sing happy birthday too. Was a bit disgusted at how that played out so didn’t tip. The same server rushed to the table to view the tip, then chased us to the exit and said “thank you have a great night” snarky while waving the receipt to us.

Had reservation’s, did not get seated until 15 mins after. Also never got attention from any workers did not get any type of food until 45 mins being seated. So basically paid for full churrasco for barely eating. Not a great experience at all.

By far the worst experience of all our visits to this establishment. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and were immediately informed that it would be a small wait because they were a little backed up. We were seated almost 20 minutes after our reservation time. After being seated it took approximately another 10 minutes before our server would greet us and offer drinks. It seemed as if the gauchos would come to our area in waves. At times there would be a variety of meats offered to the table and then it would be some time before more options would come to our area. Our server was also unavailable for refills. The beverages at our table were empty for quite some time before we were offered refills. The table had soda so I would have expected a refill without having to ask for one. Even trying to get the check took some time and then the server didn't even offer any desserts for the evening. Honestly we were not even interested because of the overall experience. We were not in the mood to give them more of our money after the service we had received. We will definitely think more than twice before coming back. I'm glad we were not there for a special occasion because it would have put a huge damper had that been the case. This day offered no consistency, poorly staffed or poorly managed or both.

First off I’m a kbbq guy so when the homie told me about this spot I knew I had to try. As a fat man and a lover of meat I must say this place impressed me. Our server Joyce killed it taking care of us she took extra care with my toddler and made her happy and that in turn made my experience even better I’d say make a reservation and dress nice cuz the place is fairly classy I want to go back tomorrow……seriously if I had one in my town I’d be there 3 days a week ……….maybe 4

Came here to celebrate my birthday and I was not disappointed! Our server Samantha was so friendly and knowledgeable and made my night special by doing the smallest things like pink candles on my cake because that’s my favorite color! She was very attentive and overall made our whole parties experience amazing! Thank you so much Sami!
