The food was delicious, from fresh salads and authentic black beans and rice to perfectly cooked meats. And the service was outstanding. The waitresses, gauchos, and even managers were so attentive all evening! I would highly recommend!! Obrigada for a wonderful experience!

I reseverved a table for my wife's birthday and took my two kids as well. Going through the website, it stated, "Reserve a table for a birthday to get $20.00 off a meal." I guess there was some fine print as I never got an email as stated for the 20.00 off. Order two drinks one was a sangria. My wife commented for $12.00 that's a small glass. I ordered their apple Martini, and it was ok it was very watered down @$14.00 and not that great. The waiter was friendly the food is very good. There were long delays sometimes in having someone come by with meat to try. I got frustrated and said to someone busing tables that I would watch them go around the outside table. And never come to our middle table almost felt like I was going to need to stand up and wave to get their attention. I have been to this location before as well as others and never had such long gaps in the waiters bringing meat by. I wish they would do more for families, but this is probably intentional. An 10 year old is not going to eat $30.00 in food at half price. My 2 kids ate the salad bar only, so $16.00 is fair, but they get no meat. Kids were half-price at their age.

The service was fantastic. They were very attentive and always made sure we were taken care of. The food was very good also.

Highly Disappointed Me and my son went to the Orland Park location for my birthday. We had been not eating meat for the past 2 weeks so we can enjoy the food. As I am sitting down I am feeling water on me my hands that I am eating with and all up my arm. I didn’t catch on to the fact that it was dripping on me from the ceiling that was the last thing that would cross my mind. As i continue to eat I’m feeling the water more and more, just dripping on me and the table. Imagine me eating food and something disgusting is dripping on my plate, my hand and all up my arm. I let the manager know what is happening but it’s hard to get his attention because he is going back and forth to a can’t of white people. I Guess Because I’m black he didn’t care. When he finally came over I explained to him what was happening and he smiled and oh it raining outside do you want another table. I couldn’t believe he didn’t even apologize. Then I said of course we want another table water is dripping on my plate possible in my water and all up my arm. He moved us then proceeded to bring the same food and drink to the table for us to eat! I said to him first of all you did not apologize AND you want me to eat contaminated food! He walked away. Then proceeded to bring me the check. That was $100.31 dollars down the drain. I plan to post this everywhere I can. This is not acceptable The managers names were Miguel and Nico

This was our first experience here. The food was outstanding, the salad bar was exquisite and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Our server Lalo was fantastic! Very attentive and kind. The manager during the time was also great! The food was delicious from the salad bar to the meats and the drinks!Having the grilled shrimp was a great addition!

This definitely was worth the price . The size of the meat that they cut for you are good sized portions , and the salad bar has just enough so you aren’t just eating a bunch of red meat. Shrimp wasn’t on the menu online but if you see it you should try it ! It was so good I waited to get it again as my last meat. This is a nice place to bring a partner on a date or even to bring your family members for a nice outing . We went early on a Sunday (4p) and it wasn’t very busy , but as we were sitting there it got busier so early is the way to go! The servers were very attentive and my waitress (not sure of her name ) she was a young blonde , she was very nice and had recommendations for us which were great as well, over all 5 stars ! :)

Worst filet mignon I’ve ever had. It was very chewy. I have been to this place multiple times and this was the worst food I’ve ever had there. Me and my husband were sick for two days will not be returning.

This is our go to restaurant. Especially for date night and special occasions. The quality of food and service is awesome. When they're busy, it can be noisy. However, they're way better than Fogo! It's definitely a carnivore's dream but, they have so many weird vegan options that they'll be happy too. Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.
