Have dined here multiple times before, but the last couple times we have went service weren't the best. I have to have my meat cooked well done for health reasons/allergies. In the hour and half we were there I had maybe 4 meats that were ACTUALLY well done, no pink. I requested it in the very beginning when we made our drink order, so they had plenty of time to throw any meat in for a few more minutes. Also not a lot of variety of meat was walking around to our table, was offered the same meat multiple times when half the meat we didn't get to try. We are a younger couple that may not look like we can afford to eat and tip but we always take care of our waiter when we go, so its sad to see the Orland location has been declining with "great" service the past year....

After a whirlwind weekend of shopping, we decided to unwind with a delightful dinner at this place. It was my husband’s first time here, but I’ve been here before with my mom for her birthday. The salad bar was top-notch, with some scrumptious cheeses. Our server, Chrissy, was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. She was always refilling our drinks and checking in on us. Even the manager, Miguel, stopped by to see how things were going. Our experience was so great that we made reservations right away for our New Year’s Eve dinner.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, the food is always excellent especially the beef ribs. We started going on Thanksgiving in 2023 and will continue to do so. The staff are always very nice and engaging with you to make sure you're happy.

Server was a bit slow. It was a significant wait for everything from the drinks to dessert. He'd disappear for periods of time. He didn't have nearly the number of table to justify that. Still waiting for extra cheese bread we asked for. Food was ok. Some was overcooked. Some was not cooked enough (can't stand undercooked chicken). Really not worth the amount we spent.

It was very nice and clam , food was amazing . Will go again . The service will very nice and very helpful. Don’t get full on the bar , save yourself for the meats because it’s something you don’t experience in a lot of places

Table by the window was freezing. Too small a space for the amount of tables. Extremely loud!

The quality of this restaurant has declined over the years. The prices have gone up a whole lot but the quality of food has greatly decreased. They used to offer the best meats and cuts but now it is only chicken, pork, sirloin. I make this everyday at home. We all decided that we would not return. The staff was very friendly and service was kind and timely.
