The food was great! Service was top notch. Just remember to not fill up on the salad bar before all the meats start coming out!

Our server was amazing. She made sure our food and drinks were perfect! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything from the huge salad bar to the sides to the fresh off the fire meat that is brought to your table! Definitely recommend for a date night or any occasion! It is a little expensive but for the price you will not leave disappointed or have room left in your tummy!

I had a reservation at 12:15pm & arrived early & was promptly seated. It was 25 minutes & no gaucho had come to offer any meat. My server came to refill my glass & I asked when they would be around to offer meat. The server apologized & said he would go & see what the issue was. A server came by shortly after & dropped off an absolute burnt piece of meat. I advised the server that I had requested medium well & the meat on the plate was past well done. Again, he apologizes & leaves to go ask for meat prepared to my preference. The manager comes to the table & states that she is sorry for the service & the meat should be out momentarily. The came out & again it was cooked to death, dry & burnt. I was beyond mad at this point. The server came to my table & I requested my check. He again apologized. The manager brings my check to the table & says she took 10% off for the poor service. I show her the burnt meat that was dropped off to me & she apologizes & says “a couple of people are going to get written up for this”. So i paid almost $60 for a coke, some rice, & 2 sausages. Horrible dinning experience is a massive understatement. A total waste of my time & my hard earned money.

Some of the meat was a little dry or over cooked. Staff was very friendly. It took longer to get our check then the entire it was to eat our meal. It took just about an hour for our check.

Quality of the food was not great. All the steak, even what they called filet minion was tough. It was cooked to the right temp for us but none of it was tender. The petit filet (what they called it) was tough as nails and we had 3 peices and didn’t eat one. The chicken was bland and the sides bar was underwhelming. Felt like cheap buffet food made to fill you up. Most of what was at the bar was under seasoned as well. The hostess did not want to be there and didn’t crack a smile the entire time. We asked on our reservation to be as private a table as possible and they stuck us on a corner in the middle of the restaurant. I told them it was my son’s birthday when making a reservation and he had never been there before and they never even said happy birthday to him. Very disappointing and will not go back. Do better Texas de Brazil. For $250 for 4 people and no drinks, there are a lot of choices in OKC and this is now way down on our list.
