hello, this is not my first time visiting the restaurant however I think because it was a Christmas holiday people really was not too excited to work. The drinks, servers and bus boys was all not helpful during serving. Drinks was not as expected.

Great atmosphere and the food was excellent . Went for a family Christmas Day lunch. We had a great time and we made some special memories.

Very disappointed in the rounds of meat. Had to wait a very long time for it to come around. They kept skipping our table even though we had our sign on. The choices of meat were not as many as other same type of restaurants. Seems like some of the meats were not done until later in the evening when we were actually finished. If you like your meat we'll done do not go because you will not get any beef. Very disappointed. However our server was great.

Food is delicious! Drinks were great! Our waitress was attentive and friendly! The restaurant temperature is always cold. Beyond control of the restaurant, the two customers seated next to us were talking loudly to someone on speaker phone, no common decency for other diners!! We had reservations at 5:00pm, there was a 15-20 min seating delay which has never happened previously. We love this place for our own special go to dinner place.

The experience was underwhelming. The restaurant seemed to focus more on accommodating a large party of 50, while neglecting the needs of our table of five. I had the misfortune of being cut by one of their sharp knives, which caused bleeding and will likely result in a scar. Furthermore, the wait for chicken and lamb was unreasonably long, which was particularly problematic given my stepfather's dietary restrictions. We had chosen the restaurant to celebrate my mother's 62nd birthday, but none of us left satisfied. Honestly, I believe a refund is in order.

Food is very good. Experience very good. Service staff needs improvement. When you order dessert and coffee the table should be brought together! Not 2 coffees then 10 mins later 2 of 4 desserts then 20 mins later 2 more desserts. Also when you make a reservation for 9 and are shown to your table and there are 8 chairs and they ask what’s the problem! Then finally find a table to accommodate.

Overall, it was a great experience! We went there for a team holiday dinner. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The salad/sides/soup bar was fantastic and probably the best part of the food experience. The atmosphere itself was great, however the meat was not what we thought it would be, we did not get to experience all of the cuts, as we saw some come around after we were already done. That aside, overall, I think it was a great place to come and have the experience. We also had the Brazilian kiss cocktail which was fantastic, and desert was great too. Would recommend this place for a birthday, anniversary or any celebrations, it is definitely an experience and make sure to come hungry!
