The experience was underwhelming. The restaurant seemed to focus more on accommodating a large party of 50, while neglecting the needs of our table of five. I had the misfortune of being cut by one of their sharp knives, which caused bleeding and will likely result in a scar. Furthermore, the wait for chicken and lamb was unreasonably long, which was particularly problematic given my stepfather's dietary restrictions. We had chosen the restaurant to celebrate my mother's 62nd birthday, but none of us left satisfied. Honestly, I believe a refund is in order.

Food is very good. Experience very good. Service staff needs improvement. When you order dessert and coffee the table should be brought together! Not 2 coffees then 10 mins later 2 of 4 desserts then 20 mins later 2 more desserts. Also when you make a reservation for 9 and are shown to your table and there are 8 chairs and they ask what’s the problem! Then finally find a table to accommodate.

Overall, it was a great experience! We went there for a team holiday dinner. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The salad/sides/soup bar was fantastic and probably the best part of the food experience. The atmosphere itself was great, however the meat was not what we thought it would be, we did not get to experience all of the cuts, as we saw some come around after we were already done. That aside, overall, I think it was a great place to come and have the experience. We also had the Brazilian kiss cocktail which was fantastic, and desert was great too. Would recommend this place for a birthday, anniversary or any celebrations, it is definitely an experience and make sure to come hungry!

Server was rude and inattentive. Sitting right by the door was freezing, we asked to move but would have an hour wait time. I specifically stated on the reservation this was for a birthday. The food was very good , however, after the service experience we won't be back.

Food was tasteless and tough or chewy. Poor quality of meat being used imo. Salad bar was ok but should have crackers when serving soup. Server was great!

We were celebrating two birthdays, everyone had a great time catching up, and eating good food!

Very impressive space and spotlessly clean. The salad bar items were very fresh and tasty, and the area was extremely well maintained. Our cocktails were very good! ... This is all you can eat. While we were up getting salad bar items-- french fries, mashed potatoes, a banana in sauce and some sweets were placed on the table. We were offered meats from the servers on skewers, even though we were just eating our salads. You also had a little token with a red side - no meat and a green side - yes to meat. We had the red side up... It seemed they were in a little hurry to move us along. We did turn them over to the green side when ready. The fries and potatoes were cold by the time we were ready for the main course, but we did ask for hot items. We liked the parmesan chicken best of all. We prefer medium rare meat, and most of the beef (and my husband had lamb) was cooked a little too much for our liking. It was also pretty pricey. $35 pp for just the salad bar and $51 pp for "everything." Our server was good and attentive. We were greeted by the manager as well.
