We went on New Years Eve 2024. The building is nice. The food was decent. But the restaurant was literally freezing cold inside. I went out to my car to grab blankets. We weren’t the only patrons eating in our winter coats. Totally unacceptable. Mentioned several times to our server who had no explanation but said he would mention to the manager. After the 3rd time of complaining, our server seemed to avoid us. We finally asked to speak to the manager who had a very confusing explanation that the VIP area is very warm so the rest of the restaurant is cold. We could feel cold drafts consistently throughout dinner. It sure felt like the AC was running. Do not recommend eating here if the weather is cold. Had we known it was going to be such a miserable experience, we would have chosen anywhere but there to celebrate our New Year’s Eve. We also mentioned at the start and end that we were celebrating my birthday, which seemed to also fall on deaf ears. We drove an hour to eat here and had been looking forward to the experience.

I waited a long time for filet mignon, I think they should serve meat until you let them know after two or three turns what they are serving, they disappear and you have to wait and they bring more chicken and picana...

The temperature in the room was so cold that it made our New Year's celebration unpleasant. Staff said there was nothing that could be done. Side dishes didn't arrive until we were ready for dessert.

Overall it was decent. It was just two of us so we had a small two person table which was close to the front revolving door making very cold. There was a small two person table behind me which was to close as we kept hitting the back of our chairs so felt a little squeezed in. For the price we paid could space out the tables more especially since it also has a salad bar that people are getting up and down for. The servers carrying around the meat would go to the same tables and missed the row of two person tables quit often or we would be the last stop and get the last of the meat which was cold.

Texas de Brazil is very special to us. It is good enough to be THE place we go to for our Wedding Anniversary.

I made a reservation for a birthday dinner. The service was slow (25 min to get our drinks after being seated)and sporadic. The meat severs were pretty much nonexistent ( they were mostly attending to a private party). Would not go back. Very disappointing. Kind of ruined the birthday.

hello, this is not my first time visiting the restaurant however I think because it was a Christmas holiday people really was not too excited to work. The drinks, servers and bus boys was all not helpful during serving. Drinks was not as expected.

I came to this place the first time it opened, and I had excellent Time! This is the first time that my fiancé has been here and he absolutely loved this place!! The waitress, and the service was phenomenal! The entire ambience place a beautiful setting very warm and in energetic atmosphere!! We will DEFINITELY be back again! Thank you so much for your kind and amazing hospitality!!
